I contacted Blaine in January when we were thinking of selling, he came over and gave us some tips on what to do to increase the value of our house. Within weeks our house was on the market and it was sold within 4 days! Blaine explained the market and showed us the comparable and we sold it within an agreeable price. After we knew our house was sold Blaine took us for a day to look at houses. He gave us valuable information about the market, condition of the homes, and getting us not only the right fit but a house we love within our budget. Blaine worked hard with the selling agent to make this house work for us.
